If I could I would give this location 3.5. The bagels are pretty good, service was alright, but the main concern I have is the pricing. 8-9 dollars for one bagel sandwich alone is steep. I could get three breakfast sandwiches at Kwik Trip for a similar price. The cashier also assumed that we wanted 2 egg whites on each bagel (additional charge) when we were never asked. The restaurant was pretty clean, the bagels came out quickly but were a little cold.

I was very excited in trying this Einstein Bagel place, but the Customer service is horrible. If they don’t want to come to work then don’t or just retire. The lady who took our order, Elsa is very rude. She needs to learn how to speak to the customers. She does not know how to greet people. Also, when my order was ready she just slammed my food on the table without any interaction like this is a charity or something. May be because my wife wears scarf because this lady was talking to white folks very friendly and respectfully, and personally handing them their food order. Why cant we just treat people same?I also ordered Iced Carmel macchiato and i got cold brew instead and when i went up to the lady she gave me a side eye and she gave me hot macchiato and added the ice cubes.Will not be coming back to this place.

We had read the reviews before going to this location, so we weren't expecting much and were cautious based on other reviews. However, I know every business can have bad days and customer preferences vary, and it was close to where we were staying, so we took a chance. We are glad we did. Everything was perfect. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was hot and tasty. The restaurant was spacious and clean. It wasn't very buy during our time there, so maybe that contributed to our experience as well. Regardless, we had no complaints and would definitely revisit. Hopefully everyone can have the same experience we did!

This Einstein location is my favorite! Friendly staff, easy mobile ordering, convenient drive-thru, and the Nova lox bagel is unbeatable. Definitely worth a visit!

I was there today to grab a drink and pretzel bagel. I was behind another couple in line that were just finishing up. The lady that was helping them turned away from me and started filling orders. I watched 3 people go through the dryer through. She said nothing to me but was talking to herself as she filled orders. I finally asked, “is this where I order?” She put her hand out, like hold on, and said she will be with me in a bit as she had 4 orders to fill first. What? I’m the only person in line. She couldn’t have taken my order, or at the least even knowledge that I’m standing there? Maybe not act like I’m a huge inconvenience would have been a start. Horrible customer service. I walked out.
