Seating area nice and clean. Service was good. I ordered the egg brisket bagel and WOW. The jalapeño bagel was so good, soft and fresh. The brisket was delicious and cooked to perfection. Last but not least, the SAUCE....SO GOOD. Loved the brisket bagel sandwich and the lemonade was the cherry on top. I forgot what flavor lemonade I ordered but I remember it being so good. Two thumbs up on it all👍🏻👍🏻

I’ve stopped in a few times, everything sucks a little more.Today we stopped in and there was 1 gentleman I front of us, he ordered 2 dozen bagels and the staff couldn’t handle it. He selected his order and that was enough to throw everyone off their game. In a matter of 10 minutes the place started to get a line and that seemed to overwhelm everyone even more. After standing online for over 15 minutes the gym come over and opened up a different register.She had an attitude and it was apparent she wasn’t ready to help anyone.My order was simple, 2 bagels cream cheese. That alone caused her to huff and puff.I was in line an additional 10 minutes as the gym figured out how to us the register and charge customers properly. At one point she ran out the store to chase down the guy with the 2 dozen bagels.Eventually I was up next to pay, I tapped, the screen said thank you, she handed me my bagels. As soon as I made it to my table she said, “come back here you don’t pay!”The now 15 people inline stared as she turned it into an announcement.Such terrible service and expertise.If you want to wait inline for over 20 minutes for a bagel so then the general manager can be crazy rude. I highly recommend this place!

Manager that is in the picture was really nice, friendly and patient with us.She made us feel good and welcoming.She took out order and was quick, even though they were busy.She understood exactly how my husband wanted his sandwich.When I got the food the lady handing out the order was ok wasn’t as friendly and had a unhappy attitude and face.To my surprise when I take out my bagel I find plastic in it as shown in the picture.Wasn’t toasted like other times.But I still give it 3 stars just because of the manager and because at least my husbands order was right.I didn’t take a picture of his sandwich cause I was already upset because of mine.😒

This Einsteins is my favorite bagel shop! At this point, I know most of the employees. Veronica knows my name and order before I even place it. I always get friendly service no matter who is here, and I really enjoy the bagels and the new mocktail drinks. If you get the chance to come here, take it. You won't be dissapointed😁

My family and I enjoyed having bagels at this place, and we've been regulars for about 10 yrs. The reason for 1 start is because they(Einstein B.) encourage you to order thru their app, so I used their app to order some bagels and use my 180 points but while ordering I had to go back to make a change on the order and LOST all my POINTS.... THEY KNOW THE APP DOES THAT! I walked into the store, and they said there's nothing they can do. No more.👎 They lost 4 customers all at once!!
