First time being here and I would never come back again. Server was far from being friendly. All I ordered was half dozen bagels which didn’t require cooking. I stood there for 8 minutes wondering how long would it take to put 6 bagels in a bag after tipping them $2 for it. Finally she handed me the bag of bagels like I was a homeless asking for free food. Bagels were brick hard.

Stoped in for the first time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of bagels and bagel sandwiches. Service was very fast and efficient. Picked up a bakers dozen of fresh bagels and two tubs of flavored cream cheese for just over $20. If you are a bagel fan, this is the place for you!

Worse Einstein experience ever. Had to wait over 23 minutes for two bagel sandwiches. Then our order was wrong, but wasn’t worth waiting for it to get fixed. The customer service was horrible , there was multiple workers but not even working and two of the workers were answering their phones talking to their families . Very unprofessional when you have people patiently waiting for their food.

Today was our 2nd time there in a couple months. The bagels are delicious...if they get your order right! It's been wrong twice so far! As I stand there waiting- forever! The place looks out of control, likes ants on a hill. They got to get their shit together- not make me wait forever, get the order right the 1st time. It doesn't matter how they taste if I hate the process

Hadn’t tried these guys in quite a while. Was pleasantly surprised at the deliciousness of my sausage and cheese bagel. Sausage was savory and the cheese slice was nice and thick. You won’t regret adding this to your list of breakfast spots.
