Chris and the team at the West University location are very friendly and provided top notch service. He helped my wife bring home the perfect bakers dozen for the weekend and YES, the cheesy hash brown bagels are they did not disappoint. Even made sure the my pups were taken care of with the doggie bagels. Thank you, Chris and team!!

I stopped by this Einstein Bros. Bagels while on a road trip to pick up breakfast for my family—something I’ve done multiple times at this exact location without any issues. I ordered a half dozen bagels and asked to have them toasted. Simple, standard request. But the worker behind the counter flat-out refused and claimed it was “store policy” not to toast bulk bagel orders.When I asked if that policy had always been in place, she lied and said yes—despite the fact that I’ve been to this same location before and had my bagels toasted under the exact same circumstances. It was clear she just didn’t want to do it. Her attitude was dismissive and rude from the start, and she made no effort to be accommodating or even polite.Instead of helping, she acted like I was asking for something unreasonable and couldn’t be bothered. It felt like she was just looking for the quickest way to get me out the door.A restaurant's basic job is to provide good food, served hot, with decent service. This place failed on all counts. The employee’s dishonesty, bad attitude, and lack of professionalism were an embarrassment to the Einstein brand. This location is a disservice to loyal customers and completely undermines the trust and experience people expect.

This was my first time at Einstein in a very long time and I was so impressed. I tried the Octoberfest Egg Bagel and it was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the Dragon Fruit Lemon Drop and it was very refreshing and tasty. I did a mobile carry out order and the staff was so friendly and welcoming when I came in to pick it up. I will most certainly be back to this McKinney location.

Einstein bagel on 380 in McKinney is absolutely amazing. Great customer service , friendly faces. Chris makes the best caramel cold brews. Will be back.
