If you're making your first trip to Fadia's Deli and Bakery, you might be overwhelmed by the sheer number of appetizing choices. The best approach is to sample some of their most popular, signature items that truly showcase the authenticity of their Lebanese cooking.
For a savory treat, you absolutely must try one of the Fresh From the Oven specialties. Customers consistently rave about the Akawi Cheese Pie or a combo like the Zaatar and Cheese Pie. These baked goods, often referred to as manaeesh, are the backbone of a Lebanese bakery and Fadia’s executes them perfectly, with soft dough and a delicious, bubbly filling. The addition of their specialty wraps, such as the Soujuk Wrap (featuring American-style sausage and spices), is a hearty option that's a customer favorite.
Another highly recommended item is any of their Pita Wraps, particularly the Shawarma Chicken. Multiple reviews praise their shawarma as some of the best in the DFW area, noting the perfectly seasoned meat and house-made garlic sauce. Vegetarians will find the Falafel Plate to be an excellent, flavorful choice. The Falafel patties are noted for their excellent texture and fresh flavor, especially when paired with their homemade tahini sauce.
Finally, no visit is complete without indulging in their sweets. The selection of Baklawa—flaky, honeyed pastry filled with nuts like pistachio, cashew, or walnut—is a highlight, described as a must-try for any sweet tooth. Pairing a piece of Baklawa with a rich, freshly brewed Turkish Coffee provides a perfect, authentic end to your meal. The combination of fresh, homemade quality, authentic recipes, and a friendly, welcoming environment makes Fadia's Deli and Bakery a cherished culinary institution in Plano, delivering a genuine taste of Lebanon to the Texas community.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1100% recommended food is beyond expectation. We ordered one half half pie, one meat, one cheese with veggies and one zaatar with cheese. All were delicious, Fadia the owner is so humble and sweet she offered us figs and coffee. If you ever find yourself in Plano Fadia’s is the place to go!
August 06 · Sara BseisoFadia’s Lebanese Deli & Bakery in Plano is seriously a gem! We tried the Zaatar & Cheese Pie and the Soujuk Pie — both came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The dough is soft but perfectly crisped at the edges, and the cheese is gooey without being greasy. They’ve got a great variety from Shawarma wraps to Fattoush salad, and even baklawa and maamoul for dessert. Everything tastes homemade. Nice staff and a cozy vibe — 10/10 recommend!
May 19 · Rehab KirmaniUsed to be good, not anymore! I ordered what I used to order Akawi pie. When I took it home I see they put 2 little cheese bite, like finger snack. The price is high. Also they give the burned food.
July 20 · Sanaz CanadaWow! Super delicious food, i am so glad i found this bakery, it will be my new go-to spot. Tried the meat pie, kishik, cheese and zaatar and all were amazing! The owners are very nice and lovely, we had a great time meeting them and getting to know them. We will be back for sure!!
April 15 · Sumer KThe chicken shawarma is one of the best I’ve had. It is so good! The beef with cheese pie is unique but the chicken is what surprised me. The meat pie is good. I didn’t think it was going to have a little kick. The garlic dip is also great. Check it out. The service is friendly.
