Extremely disappointing and not worth the money!Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered The Roman Gourmet Panini for takeout, but nothing about it was “gourmet.”The sandwich was not toasted or pressed at all, had no mozzarella or balsamic dressing as described on the menu, and the vegetables were neither grilled nor fresh—they seemed canned and lacked flavor. For the price charged, this was absolutely not worth it. Subway or Publix offer far better sandwiches that are actually grilled, with fresh ingredients, for half the price.If possible, I’d give zero stars.

I had really high hopes for this place when I first walked in, being from Long Island myself. I was a little disappointed with the bacon egg and cheese because the bagel wasn't that fresh. My friend said their Bagel was good and fresh so I'm going to try this place again just because it seems so authentic when I first walked in

Place is terrible that is a $20 plate you see I. The picture. Supposedly 4 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. Manager tells me "they are a legit amount of eggs we crack fresh for every order." Then kitchen employee tell me me they crack and mix the eggs all in the morning and put it on the grill when they are ordered. Then get home and find hair in the butter container that was prepped there. Hmmmm seems that they are a rip off $60 dollars on a togo order. NOT WORTH IT.

A little disappointed.Food- soup was great! Half pastrami was almost a joke. I get more meat at subway. Omelet was ordinary.Service- two waitresses working super hard for about 15 tables so it was slow to be greated and then very rushed to order then slow to pay.Look closely at the pictures cause those 3 things and coffee was $50 with tip.
