It's like someone took brown sugar and just pressed it into the pan.The pie is way too bitter and the weak whipped cream doesn't hold up like a merengue or genuine cream to balance out what a key lime pie should be. The only positive here is the texture of the pie which is really nice.

The pudding was perfectly chilled, creamy, and sweet without being saccharine. If you want something to full of flavor after a nice meal this is the place. Would recommend.
