Walked in today at lunch, the manager (or owner maybe?), a 30ish white guy, was ripping into one of the counter workers in full view of customers, a young female employee. I called him out on it, there was no yelling it was calm, and we walked out - done deal.Or so I thought. We walked a few store fronts down, didn't find anywhere else to eat, headed back to our car, and bagel guy was waiting out front. Started berating me on how she is his employee and he can reprimand her how he wants. This is happening in the parking lot. I said I didnt care if she made a mistake, a manager shouldn't be yelling at an employee like that, humiliating her in front of customers and coworkers. He continued to argue with me, and we left. I wasn't going to post a negative review until I was confronted, along with my 11 year old daughter, by this man in a parking lot.And now I read other reviews and they say the bagels suck so I feel even better. Plenty if other delis around to spend your money in.

Got a huge salad beautifully made with chicken and tangerine slices. Incredible raspberry vinaigrette. Side of home fries. a good few scoops of chunky potato for my carb all for 16 dollars. Insane. Crew behind the counter is incredibly nice and also fast. Deeply struggling to find the slightest flaw. If you don't go here, you are not smart.

I ordered 3 chicken cutlet sandwiches and a grilled wrap I spent $96 and sandwiches were cold, wrap was cold and tasted like nothing. They charge you for everything you add on a sandwich. If you want chicken lettuce and tomato they charge you for that. This place is not worth the money really. Tortilla on wrap all was stale we ended up throwing away the food that $96 in garbage

I love this place. this is a great Jewish bagel shop with excellent service, extremely clean, and well-stocked. the selection of Delicacies is a credit to their name. they have plenty of parking, handicap accessible, centrally located in Woodbury they are well-known easy to find and they open very early. along with their hours that makes them very accessible for visitors and commuters. it's a place you definitely need to stop in to get side dishes for the house, your family and friends or just during your commute to and from work, lunch or snack and they do catering. My opinion this is a five star bagel shop.

Worst bagel I have ever tried in entire NY area, as bad as the stuff from west coast. Such a big disappointment. Tasteless just like their pancakes.Their "Western" omlette is from hell. What a bad mixture of things. I stopped eating it after the first bite. Also I am pretty sure sauteed pepper and onions were not fresh.They sell "signature" fresh (!?) Orange juice that makes you think that it is straight from the juice bar but it is probably rebottled months old pasteurized orange juice.It is a shame the food is so bad in such a beautiful atmosphere and location.
