I stood in line for 20 minutes for cookies. Some people walked in and asked if they had to stand in line for cookies, the worker responded “no, I can take your order”. I was still waiting in line, there were also people behind me. When it’s my turn, I inquired about not having to wait in line for just cookies. She rolled her eyes and never acknowledged. I mentioned maybe there needs to be a sign for two separate lines or maybe she should have made sure no one was in line for cookies. She replied “I didn’t do anything wrong. You can leave a google review, if you’re dissatisfied. My manager reads them.” I’m not sure who will actually read this, but I do plan to call as well.She lacked all customer service skills. Is this a new policy?

Clean place. Great cookies and ice cream. The customer service was top notch. Baileigh was so sweet and knowledgeable and made the best recommendations.

I’ve had good experiences getting cookie cakes from them in the past. We just picked up a Eevee cake for my daughter’s birthday party and it isn’t quite what we were expecting.

Went over and purchased 3 sugar cookies, 3 snickerdoodles cookies and one chocolate chip doozie cookie. My wife and I were eating our cookies and started to notice we’re chewing on hair. This very disappointing for us to have experienced something like this. My wife literally vomit after eating someone hair.
