I love this bread company. It is small but makes awesome bakery items. They have samples too. If you try the bread they cut you a thick piece. You can also buy a variety of yummy sandwiches.

I order the ham and cheese breakfast sandwich a lot and on the menu it says it has tomato. And when they put the tomato on and toast the sandwich, it tastes really good. The problem is out of the six times I have ordered the sandwich, They forget the tomato four times. Even when I asked to clarify if there is actually tomato on the sandwich when I order. I’ve had it remade a couple times, but I don’t always have time to be the sandwich Inspector, I just kind of expect that they do right the first time considering their menu says it has tomato. Maybe there is a disconnect between what the menu says and what the people preparing the sandwich see is on the recipe. Hopefully the owner can see this review and take a look at their systems to make sure that more consistency is present. I want to like the sandwich shop, but it can be frustrating sometimes when expectations are not met.
