★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1OMG i ordered an egg, sausage sandwich on a croissant. The old lady proceeds to prepare my food with her bare hands, after touching money. Smh. I had to say "ma'am, can you put gloves on please?" She did WITH AN ATTITUDE! Extremely rude and condescending. Then I notice that she's putting cheese on my sandwich. I said "Ma'am i didn't ask for cheese" She immediately got even more rude, throwing my croissant, slamming cooler and microwave doors. This old woman needs NOT to be in the customer care business. Extremely rude!Never again would I order food or coffee there.SMH.Btw, my sausage egg on a croissant sandwich was very soggy, almost i edible.Unbelievable

December 28 · instructor_brian hoganDon’t get me wrong, Honey Dew iced coffee is really good (and what saved from me only rating 1 star), however, this was the first time in my life that I had a Honey Dew employee treat me like garbage (and I know Honey Dew, growing up in Rhode Island and Massachusetts). She wouldn’t even look at me while taking my order and mumbled away from me. After a couple of mumbles, the clerk gave me an entitled attitude about me being “all set” (which is a New England way of someone saying that they’re good) and I said that I wanted a large, black iced coffee. I reiterated (because the clerk asked for me to clarify) and I said that I wanted iced (instead of hot) coffee. Then, the clerk gave me a hot coffee and I said that I wanted iced coffee. Then, the clerk gave me even more (and to a greater degree) of attitude; saying that she heard that I wanted hot coffee. A few minutes went by (and I was the only customer ordering/waiting for an order at this moment; which I must add) and I finally got my iced coffee as the clerk moved like a snail behind the counter.I know about the employee shortage so; Honey Dew (and most other restaurants) are “behind the 8 ball” here with finding workers but if things change, Honey Dew might want to consider how to handle this employee; who has an “I don’t care” attitude behind the counter because this employee definitely gives a coffee company a bad name that I have nothing but great things to say about them.
July 25 · BRUINS NATION TAMPALooks like you guys need to come to TN to learn how to make good donuts 👌 We ordered one each of jelly, chocolate & honey dipped...all 3 went in the trash. They were soft, but the texture was definitely not good. Very dry & crumbly. Yep... I'll stick to our good ole southern donuts 😋
May 19 · Passenger_PrincessI have reached donut heaven. I have had donuts in all 50 states and never have any of them been on par with a Honey Dew Donut. The staff was very friendly. "Rick" the sales representative at the counter let me sample some of the donuts by licking the icing and then putting them back on the shelf for sale. Nice guy.
