While a cool premise, with interesting flavors of donuts, the service was subpar and the donuts tasted stale.The person helping with the orders was visibly irritated and low key rude. The donuts all tasted a bit stale - the s’mores one in particular. The vibes of the actual restaurant were neat, very urban, but I won’t be returning. There are much better donut shops in the area.There aren’t many donuts I don’t finish, but these weren’t worth the calories.

Came through during a trip and worked with them to do a special order ahead of time for some gluten free-ish donuts when we arrived (since they usually have them available weekends only in person). Very helpful, very easy, very delicious! ❤️ Thank you!

I was having trouble placing my order online, but David readily assisted me and even called me back. To let me know they could process my order now. He even informed me that they were out of strawberry milk and offered me an acceptable replacement of the same value. I got a lot of my favorites this time like the Cookie Monster style Donut and the Fruity Pebble style donut. I even found a new favorite, which is the Cosmic Brownie style donut! All of them are great like always though. I also tried the Maple Bacon bar for the first time, and oh man does that thing make your mouth water. It’s so good, and I’m glad I tried it. I got the last one they had at the time. I didn’t have a very good day, so I wanted some Hurts Donuts. Thank you for making my night better, the excellent service, and making it happen David!

Not bad but even if open 24 hours daily I wouldn’t advise visiting at night. Good very sweet yeast donuts and variations on cake donuts (e.g red velvet).
