On Tuesday my friend wasn't feeling well, so I emailed Kristen (I had taken their business card) inquiring about buying some IGF products. She responded quickly and within no time my order was placed and scheduled for delivery (including a card). And when the order was delivered (earlier today) she emailed me to notify me that the delivery was completed and even sent me a picture of the card. They have worked so hard to make people like me with very severe Celiac Disease the possibility to eat AMAZING cookies. They don’t crumble, they are the perfect amount of soft and chewy, and they have frozen tubes of their cookies so you can bake them and eat them fresh out the oven which you don’t get to experience very often. These people are the absolute sweetest and when you need a cookie order from Impossibly Gluten Free. *Chefs Kiss* is an understatement 100%. Thank you Impossibly Gluten Free for the best cookies ever!!!! They also have super cool cookie butter which is like Nutella or peanut butter and it’s sooooo good!!
