★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I buy your croissants at the grocery store and they're usually heavenly, big, fluffy, and full of flavor. The last package I bought was smaller, more bready, and completely devoid of flavor. I had to sprinkle table salt on them so they tasted like something other than cooked flour. I know things are crazy right now which is why I'm not rating lower, but I'm taking a break from buying your breads for the time being.
March 27 · KiraI ordered an almond croissant, cinnamon rolls with walnuts, a rye bread and a buttercream cake. The cake is for tonight, and I’ll make updates as needed. The outside of the croissant was burned and rock hard. There was a small bit of undercooked dough on the middle that was neither croissant texture nor almond flavored. The cinnamon rolls had a nice texture but were overly sweet and somehow without much cinnamon flavor. The rye bread was very small compared to what I saw displayed. The texture was soft and pleasant but the flavor was lacking and the rye seeds few and far between.I unfortunately cannot recommend this bakery.Cake update: We served the strawberry crème cake to,a group of 6. Everyone thought that it tasted weird at first but then wanted second slice. The cake looked gorgeous. In the end we agreed that it was different but good. I am upping my star rating from 2 to 3.
February 20 · ChristealAbout little over a year ago I visited Klingers for the first time. They got their claws in me with The Country on their savory cheddar chive scone. It was incredible. I have been back FOUR times trying to get it again and it’s always been something “it’s too close to Easter. We’re not serving breakfast sandwiches.” Or “we’re out of scones” or “it’s too close to lunch time”.How dare you make me fall in love and then take away all that is good in this world. I need a win Klingers!!!!! I need a win. Love always,KateJune 21, 2025 - returned with hope in my heart and hunger in my stomach. I was once again let down that the country breakfast sandwich was not available. I now hold it to the same standards as Big Foot and other cryptids. Does it really exist? I may never know. Love always,Kate
