We love Krispy Kreme. We don’t come very often but that makes it even more fun for the kids when we do go. We went last on National Donut Day and got each a free donut of our choice. You would expect a long line on days like that but we didn’t wait at all. The ladies behind the counter where not just friendly but also super fast! The kids were able to watch how the donuts are made. They really love that about Krispy Kreme. We had a great time and will come again!

No complaints on Donut Dots that I ordered. Blackberry lemonade chiller took a long time to receive, but is delicious. I was bummed however, because I made a special trip today because it is National donut day. Krispy Kreme is supposed to be giving a free donut- no purchase necessary. I did not get a free donut- no mention of one either. Don't advertise and not follow through please.

The donuts here are good and the ability to watch the donuts be made are a nice perk. Table set up is nice. The line seemed to take an extremely long time for just people getting donuts. Also, the donut holes that come in the plastic cups end up tasting funny & the texture changes - it’s worth it to get a box of 24 rather than a cup of 10 just for that. They were lacking several of their specialty flavors when we went. We did appreciate the hats they had for everyone to get as a souvenir (nice for the kids).

The person working there was 'just there'. No smile, no greeting, just moving slow.We got there as the glazed doughnuts were fresh off the conveyor belt. Those were absolutely wonderful!Then I got a big box of the assorted doughnut holes.....Dots, I think you call them. Those were hard and stale.
