We have gone to this Krispy Kreme many times. There is no beating their freshly cooked glazed donuts. Today, we just wanted a quick snack. One Cinnamon bun and one glazed lemon filled donut. Cinnamon bun was good, I posted pictures of the glazed lemon *barely* filled. Very disappointing.Service was great.

Absolutely a no! I went in this morning to get the Harry Potter special edition donuts to surprise my household when they woke up. I woke up bright and early at 5:45, got to this location at 6:25 just to be told at 6:28, they don’t have any of them and to come back in an hour…..AN HOUR! First off, I’ve been to many donut shops but don’t you think that the main attraction should be stocked when the shop opens? Not to mention the worker was rude, uninviting and had an attitude. Definitely ruined the thrill of the experience for me. As a potter head….this is not the customer service I was expecting on a day that I was looking so forward to enjoying. Did I wait the hour for my donuts? Yes! Will I come back? Couldn’t pay me.

Had a good experience here. Brought my children in for a little treat. I guess, it's cheaper to purchase a half-dozen donuts vs just purchasing 4, so I was surprised when there were 2 extra donuts in the box. I don't mind saving and order 2 more donuts but I'd like a little heads up next time.

Chi chi really took care of us with an upbeat attitude and amazing customer service!!! I was really happy to get our order from someone so dedicated to the customer! I’ll be here frequently now!! If anyone wants great service come here!!

We love Krispy Kreme donuts and rarely get them. This is the first time in this location, the Waldorf, MD area. They were out of the $5 special, which was unfortunate but not surprising since we got there around 7 pm. What really disappointed me was the young man would not accept the free donut coupon, insisting that it expired at midnight which had just passed. The coupon says "thru 5/5" and he insisted the coupon was good up to today but not good today. It was still May 5 at this point. He would not even try the coupon. I'm not sure if they even had the donuts as he didn't answer that question. He did not seem to really want to be there working. The men's room wasn't the cleanest, the woman's room door was locked. We might stop in here again and hope for a friendlier staff. The donuts were up to expected Krispy Kreme standards, absolutely delicious. We will stop in here again sometime. We can definitely recommend the New Castle, Delaware location. They have always been super friendly, clean, and helpful.
