I came this morning from out of town about an hour! When I get there I ordered one thing and was told to pull forward I wasn’t even allowed to order anything else. When I pay I get my order but it’s from a stack of 8 or so boxes high sitting right by the drive window. When I opened the box I only received 10 donuts instead of a full dozen they were cold and already flaking as if they were not fresh. I could not check right away as I drove and had to get back for work. Horrible customer service I got day old or older donuts and I didn’t even receive all of them. I’m so disappointed in this place I wanted fresh donuts come an hour after opening and I get donuts from the days before and paid full price as if they were fresh while not receiving all of them. I could’ve went to the store and bought a box there cheaper and it would be the same freshness as the ones I received.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I drove 30 minutes from out of town and placed an order online previously to ordering. I arrived and they told me they don’t have the donuts and my order was cancelled. No phone no email nothing. Just wasted my time driving. Let me also add my order was not cancelled it still says completed on the app. I had to call customer care and they said someone will reach out to me in 72 hours for a refund request. For as big as this company this is insane and unacceptable. Will NOT be returning.
