This morning I walked into the Krispy Kreme on Lexington Avenue just south of 86th Street and had the pleasure of talking with Shane and Michael, who explained about all the different varieties of their donuts. Both of these guys must love their jobs because they clearly are very proud of the quality of their donuts! Given how much you can spend at some of these high end donut shops, it’s great thatcat Krispy Kreme, we can buy large delicious donuts for under $3

My Wife has been waiting for almost 3 hours for them to receive a delivery of donuts, every 5 minutes they continued to say there on there way, at 3:50pm that’s beyond unacceptable. No one should ever have to wait that long.. time is money people.. You guys really need to reevaluate your management team, they could have handled this completely different, As a loyal customer think of better ways to keep your customers, not chase them away. Perhaps an incentive next time. A discount of some type for waiting so long..

BIRDS OUTSIDE 🐦If you are scared of birds ooo do I have a spot you want to avoid. It’s this one! If you’re someone whose heart races everytime you see some beaks (like me) then save this spot and a “I’m Never Coming Here” because when I went there were some birds right out front. The birds weren’t inside which was good but still they were outside which is not as good. thanks 🐣

Very good experience. The employees who work there are super friendly - they even gave me a call back to help fill an order we placed on Superbowl Sunday. In an age of hustle & bustle it's nice to have a group that's nice with the local customers (86th & Lex)

I love the resurgence of Krispy Kreme in NYC! They were exactly how I’ve come to love. The other reviews focus on the staff and how unfriendly they are—It’s a fast food donut shop in NYC, if you want small town charm then go to a small town, mom and pop donut shop.
