TOO GOOD TO GODo not use this location. I placed an order and arrived to pick up my dozen donuts. I was told by the employee at the window they do not partner with Too Good To Go, and that I need to contact them for a refund. The restaurants must sign up for Too Good to Go to be placed on the app. Not only that, they can see all the orders that are placed daily and have the ability to cancel them. I have used Too Good to Go in the past at various local places, and I am aware how the app works.This location refuses to cancel the orders when they come in and instead makes you waste your time driving out here to tell you that they don't partner with an app they signed up to use.

Doors to the store were locked at 10:15am so had to go through th drive thru. Once I started placing my order, multiple donuts on their menu weren't available. I cancelled my order, and the employee did say "ok, thank you", which was polite. I then also informed him the doors were still locked, but didn't a response. This is not the first time going by and being told donuts on their menu aren't available.

I have no complaints other than the scalping prices and extra fat now added to my thighs. The donuts I get (raspberry filled and chocolate iced custard filled) are so good. Either the donuts have gotten smaller, or my mouth has gotten bigger. 😉

My 6 year old wanted to pick out her own donut for her birthday. Doors are locked (seems common according to the other reviews). Hours state they are open. There's no sign on the door, just locked doors and no lights in the lobby. Thankfully Dunkin Donuts is open in the afternoon, including their lobby.
