I wish I didn't have to give it any stars The donuts are chewy even though they're supposed to be hot taste like they just rewarmed them in a microwave and on top of that the whole time I was ordering at the drive-thru she kept cutting me off in the middle of my order saying is that all like I'm bothering her and it wasn't even busy then when I get to the window they gave me my donuts I took him my card they left off the whole milk and also left off the coffee I say something about it they charge me again for the coffee charge me again from the milk and then gave me the wrong coffee and just looked at me like take it I said no I want the frozen coffee or my wife will kill me roll her eyes and then brought me a smile when I ordered a medium. Maybe it's different at other times but don't freaking go here in the morning it's the worst.

Me and my friend went to go get donuts and had a voucher for a dozen glazed donuts. They close at 10pm and it’s 2pm and they had no original donuts. They wouldn’t let us redeem our vouchers or switch them out which was fine until we asked for a lemonade refresher and the lady at the speaker laughed at us saying she didn’t have those either and had a nasty attitude. How do you not have plain donuts at a donut shop- and have a nasty attitude on top of that? Crazy-

This Krispy Kreme is a must stop whenever we travel to Florida. The donuts are always fresh and taste great! The coffee is really good too. The only reason why it’s a four star and not a five star is because the “Hot” light was on, meaning they had warm hot donuts, and they were not. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend visiting this location to get a break from I95!

Stopped for coffee and donut..the clerk was not friendly at all but I'm glad I placed the order with her..the other was in the ladies room, my girlfriend was waiting to get in..after several minutes the bathroom door opened the clerk walked to her station the drive up..when Sandy came out of the bathroom she asked me if the clerk wanted her hands out here. I said no and questioned her as to why she asked. Her response...the sink was bone dry..I wanted to stand in the drive up and warn people.

The Krispy Creme on Lucus st. Is horrible! The customer service is less than professional. When we order online, it's hard to just go pick up your order and sometimes the donuts seem stale! Please get new staff or management!!
