Complaint / Reclamación:I purchased a tres leches cake from your store, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Half of the cake turned out bitter, and in my slice there was even a small bitter piece. Other slices had the same issue. To make matters worse, we found a piece of paper baked inside the cake.When we tried to raise the issue at the store, the employee started to argue and claimed it was not from your product. This was very upsetting because clearly, it came from the cake. In the end, half of the cake had to be thrown away, along with the plates we had served it on.I expect better quality control and customer service. I am requesting an explanation for this bad experience.I will report this case to the Health Department

The staff is nice and I love the freshness of the cakes in the bakery. They don't give you a slice of cake but a big hunk and it's worth the price. The cakes are moist and the frosting isn't too sweet with fresh strawberries. I highly recommend.

I place an order on Uber and I got my food this is the first and las time I eat from here the rice taste like is been in the fridge for day was no fresh rice the Tamal 🫔 was no good no even my dog want it supper bad and my wife order a pupusa and that was really dry and don’t taste like a pupusa supper disappoint and no just that I order a coffee for my wife and they didn’t send it super bad service and the food is no good please don’t order from here
