★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently visited the most charming vegan cupcake shop on Hawthorne, and I left with a smile and a box of beautiful cupcakes for a Mother's Day birthday beach weekend.Ivy, the owner, greeted me warmly and even offered me a sample of the delicious Datil 🌶️ Blackberry cupcake. 🤤 The shop also features a stunning mural that exudes definite Alice in Wonderland vibes. The cupcakes traveled well all the way to the coast and were a hit with my mother-in-law who is not vegan. The corn-based cakes were particularly popular, and the strawberry and milk flavor was surprisingly good. What I loved most, besides the cake's moistness, was that it wasn't overly sweet. Every bite was perfectly balanced. I'll definitely be back!
May 25 · Vida ValI was excited to hear that Portland had a new vegan cupcake shop and was not disappointed. The space is small and well designed, featuring a nice mural and tile flooring. Lots of plants and flowers. Seating is limited.I appreciated the variety of cupcakes available and the unique flavors. The cupcake bases include corn, chocolate, and vanilla. The minimum order quantity is currently six cupcakes. I would like to see the ability to purchase them individually. I look forward to new completely savory flavors as well. I could also see drip coffee being a nice addition for the future.I particularly liked the Black Cherry cupcake and the tahini cupcake. I liked the cupcakes with the chocolate base the most. The owner was very friendly and passionate about the business.I recommend checking this cupcake shop out for dessert or for a gift.
May 05 · Henry LVisited Likely Ivy for the first time and not only is the space adorable and welcoming, the cupcakes are yum! Perfect bite sized cupcakes with a wide variety of original flavors that are all so uniquely delicious. Definitely recommend for an original sweet treat.
August 17 · Priscilla TorresSo impressed by this little bake shop! The space a vibe in itself, with a captivating floral mural, and colors that make you want to hang and enjoy. More importantly, the mini cupcakes are delicious, creatively unique, and approachable. Quite possibly the best I've had. The toasted coconut and the blackberry datil (with a peppery kick) were my favorites. I'll definitely be back!
May 02 · Nadia MaimonDelighted to stop by this new Vegan Mini Cupcake bakery. The atmosphere is how any bakery ought to be and exudes loving intent. The Mural artwork is amazing and worth a visit for itself.I got a 6 pack and all were wonderful flavors and textures. The Rose Cardamom I’m obsessed with and have to get more. Perfect treats for parties and taking over to a friend’s house.
