I loved your sweet bread! The conchas are soft, fluffy and delicious! I ordered a full sheet cake, it was decorated beautifully and had great flavor. It wasn’t too sweet either, perfect for our son’s birthday. Staff was friendly and helpful. Their delivery was an extra bonus.

Horrible service , I ordered a cake just like the ones that have on display for my daughters’s 1st bday, pink with top pink flowers all around.Got there to pick up, cake was completely different , it had only a pink trim ,they tried to fix it but not what I wanted , so I was upset.The man in the front was so rude(owner ), no customer service at all , never apologize for the mistake and at some point he was yelling at me and accused me instead. He said , “what else do you want , we fix it “ But I paid for a special cake , they did something else , I just wanted a pretty cake for my daurthers fist bday, but I guess you really get what you pay for . Going somewhere else next time !

We ordered a custom made cake, and although the design was what we asked for, the cake was mostly frosting. Literally 60% frosting (more than half). I was embarrassed to serve this to my guests. When calling to find a solution to this issue, the bakery blamed me for not mentioning that I wanted a cake (thought theyd known better since they are a bakery after all). Very disappointed at the work and service. Look at the picture and judge for yourself
