★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This little store is a neighborhood gem. Family run with personable service. They cater to all the kiddos in the neighborhood who stop by to buy everything from candy, ice cream, and snacks to Pokémon cards. They are often the first taste of independence for the kids, and we are grateful for the patience and kindness with which they operate. They are kind, thoughtful, and patient to the kiddos who forget to use their inside voices or who to calculate the tax when raiding their piggy banks. This little neighborhood treasure is where memories are made, rendezvous are planned, and friends hang out.
January 23 · SheronitaI grew up in this neighborhood and have lived here 30+ years. This store has only seen slight changes, such as staff and ownership. But the store is literally just the same as it was when I was little, which is so comforting in a fast-paced world of change that we live in. The people who own and run this store now are so kind, cheerful, and personable. They literally have everything you would need from a little convenience store and SO much more. I hope this place is around forever and never changes.

July 29 · Darryl BergIf a store absolutely insists on selling items which are far past a expiry date and are stale or tasteless, at least offer a discount. Trying to conceal the date is insulting. And this was the case the other times I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing here.It is difficult to believe that beer which does not rise to the high standard that PBR has could really taste worse( I refer to BEER,not ma l t liquor or high gravity Drink that no one i personally know can hold down more then a swallow without gagging.) Somehow beer which is at best sub par was retch inducing. And since there was a number of bands playing a show on the beach, I could either drink the overpriced metallic tinged beer that not even those who don't bring their own beer would touch or aside from perhaps a designated driver or two be the ONLY sober person at a summer outdoor punk/metal show.Although the music was worth watching ,I must thank little store for ruining my day and though i had long forgotten this anecdote, the stale chips and flat, warm soda I purchased a hour ago reminded me of thus.By the way,no one likes being profiled.I still dress as I did in the late 80s with the exception of my 18 inch high rainbow coloured Mohawk.Perhaps the person at the counter should consider that if I intended to rob the store, I likely would n9t wear 20lbs of spiky leather with nearly knee high polished steel toed boots and a bullet belt.Maybe I wouldn't have blue hair, either. Not sure what he believed my intention was beyond being overcharged for the stale food and beverage , but it is laughable to believe I would go to a moderately conservative residential neighbourhood dressed this way and do anything more illegal then jaywalking..Thanks for a reminder of what it was like before punk rock was primarily a socially acceptable fashion statement as it is to many now. But, just because I dress as I did in the 80s does not mean I miss the profiling which made little sense then, and less nowNext time I visit this area,I will bring beer or whatever else with me.
March 16 · Marty M.A classic little corner store for the community. Helpful staff with a wide variety of offerings, including Costco-size items, homemade delicacies, and numerous pastries, as well as kites and beach toys. Parking is available from a few parking spots off the street.
