I am Ishaan, 11 year old son of my mother and using her account to share review as I always do!!Manresa project place is THE PLACE to go to for bread starter. I walked in hoping for a good sourdough starter, and they immediately fulfilled exactly what I want. On top of that, they gave me an inside tour of the place and showed me how things are made! In the end, they gave me an entire olive sourdough loaf for completely FREE, and I can’t explain in words how nice they were. Will, Avery, and Eliane were very kind, warm and super positive and nice the entire time. This is the HOLY GRAIL of bread and I LOVED me experience with people and facility here!!!! !
