★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The food was excellent!! Freshly made. The service was great!! Ample selection.I’m happy to have found this little place. Is a great take out place.
August 17 · Ady SolerI stood by the counter for more than ten minutes, but no one came to greet me. The place even emptied out, leaving me there as the only customer there. The personnel eveb walked into the kitchen, definitely giving more time alone to re-think about my choices again.I was there for the first time looking at their cakes designs and checking for offers for a kid's birthday party.Eventually someone passed and I asked why they didn't even tried, the woman who was there to the tables not to attend me, not even sorry, she told me I should have gotten closer to them and talk instead.Well... I don't know if that system works for them, but it doesn't work for me. I went to the next bakery with my business and made my order there.
July 12 · Leordanis HernandezI actually had a bit of a misunderstanding about my order and they fixed it. I'm very glad because the food is very good. The only thing is the sign outside I think might have incorrect prices and none of the workers knew English very well. I don't like to complain about that sort of thing but it was related to the mix up of my order. I know very VERY light Spanish, but despite that it was very tasty and they were very nice.
March 23 · The KolonelI ordered a Capuchino cake for my birthday. I emphasized that I wanted it covered with meringue and my only other specification was that the merengue should be white as I am allergic to the bright yellow colors they use to decorate it.I was given a totally white cake without the usual decorations of the Capuchino. It was paid and I had people to dinner, so I took it.The cake was not covered in meringue as requested but in something that looked and tasted like whip cream. Every one at the party proceeded to comment, "this is not meringue " and scraping it off the cake.I called the next day and the baker told me it was Italian meringue, when I said it wasn't because I make it at home and that isn't the texture, she proceeded to tell me that she doesn't use eggwhites because many people are allergic. So, what is meringue made off, but eggwhites. She said that if I wanted meringue that was a special order. If that was the case they should have called me to let me know.No apologies or explanations. The lack of decoration on the cake (which she wouldn't explain) and the dishonesty about the meringue, which was clearly requested in the original order, makes me feel that there is no care about the orders, and no respect for the customer. That has always been my family bakery to go, but no more. Their attitude about the whole thing is absolutely not acceptable. The customer is always right, and when you paid before hand for your order, you should get what you ordered.
March 12 · Maria WebberOrdered their pastries for my baby shower and they were so yummy!!! My favorites are the pastelitos de guava and the pastelitos de queso !
