★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I happened to walk by and saw the Grand Opening, so I decided to stop in and try it out. I ordered a Mochi Donut and some fries. The donut was just okay… it wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t particularly good. It was on the sweeter side. The fries, however, were way too salty. That’s honestly the main reason I’m writing this review. They had so much salt on them that I couldn’t even finish eating. The salt also tasted very harsh, almost like straight coarse salt. My suggestion would be to use something like a garlic salt or even a house-made seasoning blend, instead of just plain salt. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit pleasant overall.
September 22 · OliviaI came here excited to try the mochi donuts, but the experience was very disappointing. I ordered just one 3 pack mochi donut and ended up waiting 35 minutes to receive it. For something so simple, that wait time is unreasonable. No updates, no apology, and the staff didn’t seem concerned about the delay. They did offer me to give me one extra free donut by the young gentlemen but that was not worth the time I had to wait . The experience had already left a bad taste. Definitely not worth the wait. I really hope they would be more prepared
August 16 · cvedanielLisa and her three just opened this Mochinuts store the day before I visited. I decided to upload pictures of them, and the six types of donuts I bought. This was my first time having mochi donuts, and I'm not sure I like them better than regular donuts. But the service was great and if you are in the area, visit in decide for yourself.Apparently, Mochinuts are gluten-free, and that may be important to some.
August 17 · Thomas RaskDonuts were way too sweet, especially with an already sweet glaze atop. I shared one with my husband and after 2 bites, i didn't want anymore. Ive had mochinut at other locations and don't recall it being that sweet. We will give them another shot as we understand this was a soft opening. We would love if they would offer a plain version or a version with no glaze! We have been very excited for them to open! We wish them all the luck and fortune! Can't wait to see them grow.
August 14 · Lisette CGreat food and drinks. Happy to have them in the area! But this math ain’t mathing though… can y’all explain how a 3 piece donut is more expensive than the sum of 3 single donuts????
