And damn, Modern Bread and Bagel does that just perfectly! And with a modern twist, being everything gluten-free.You absolutely do not feel the difference in the taste. I always go for the old-school breakfast option with a black drip coffee, but the menu has plenty of different options, and everything is made fresh. If you have a sweet tooth, there are also plenty of options, such as freshly made pastries and doughnuts.The staff is always friendly, even on a chilly Saturday morning lol and I love that they also sell pre-made cake and cupcake mixes that are still made in-house.I can't wait to bring some of my Aussie colleagues from Supp here to let them taste an awesome bagel!

I was skeptical of the gluten free bagel but it was very good.The lady was superrr nice and gave a me a recommendation despite this place being very busy on a Sunday afternoon.Compared to Black Seed Bakery, I’d say these are better and cheaper.Honestly, their other baked goods do not look great, but I didn’t try them.
March 09 · Cassia ACute and quiet shop. All items are gluten free. I got a Sesame Bagel with Avocado Smash on it open faced. I took it to go to eat at Washington Square Park. It was delicious and filling. The second half I had to remove some of the Avo as it was too much for me to eat with the bagel. 100% would recommend to Celiac’s, anyone with a gluten allergy or autoimmune disease that tries to eat less gluten. Also anyone in general, as the food was delicious you would never know it was gluten free.
