Phenomenal service, and great food! Uber Eats messed up big time and I brought my order to the store myself. The owner was there and helped me immediately. She remade my order in minutes and even gave me extra fries because of the inconvenience that was not even her fault! I got the Hot Open Faced Roast Beef and it did not disappoint! Delicious! Highly suggest going to this place!

Great atmosphere and customer service. I will say this is a classy version of a bagel store with specialty drinks. However, the cost of a plain butter bagel was a bit too much. I can assume the ambience adds a few extra dollars to the bagels.

They never disappoint! We have ordered over the years catering from them for our office and they have always come through. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Even yesterday, we had to place a last minute catering order that was fairly large, and they were more than accommodating towards us and came through last minute. Colleen who answers the phones is such a sweetheart and pleasure to speak to. We will always support our local businesses and look forward to many orders from them.

So last week I placed an order spur of the moment because I needed to have a meeting with my employees. I spoke to Christine in the morning and last minute placed a catering order. She was very patient and i literally drove her crazy changing my order a few times… I’ve never ordered from here but my mom ranted and raved about their bagels. Well she couldn’t be more spot on. My pancakes was delicious, the bagels were so soft and fresh. Thank you for being 💯 perfect for for Accommodating my last-minute order. I will be forever, lacing orders with you guys in the future!!

I've held off on leaving a review because this at one time was my go to spot (every single morning). And there was two workers there that were nice to me, but after getting screwed yet again and then seeing how so many people feel the same I just can't hold back anymore. The prices this thief charges is an absolute joke, a bacon egg and cheese that's 90% bread, 2 eggs (at best) and one piece of bacon (and this wasn't a one time thing, it's every time). Also, you can order the same thing 5 days in a row and get it completely different every single day and makes it a gamble to get food from them because you never know what version of the food you will receive. You can tell the owner is extremely cheap too, to his staff and customers. After being there on a really busy day my order came to $20.20, I had two $20 bills on me. Instead of taking the $20 because A. I come in every single morning for a couple of years and B. I tipped every single morning as well they ran around trying to find change so they can give me $19.80..... that was enraging. Also, depending on who rings you up, your price changes. It's just a mess and honestly I let it all slide but the owner in these reviews comes off as such a clown, he deserves the hate. If the owner wants to continue to act like customers are the problem then maybe he should get into something more recession proof, strip club perhaps? You're on Hylan Boulevard with 40 bagel spots surrounding you, I guess keep burying your head in the sand, I'll be excited to see what opens up at that location next.
