★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I asked for a cappuccino, she asked if I want with cream or milk, and this is what I got, just coffee with milk. Probably the person doesn’t have any training as a Barista!
July 19 · Wagner DI just moved to the area and I love Brazilian bakeries. Saw this place while driving by thought to try it out. At first I thought they were closed because it was dark inside with no one to be seen but the door was open. Went inside shortly a young lady cameOut to help I immediately could tell that she was sick she had a wet cough and was sniffiling and wiping her nose with the back of her hand, she also looked very oily and disheveled like she hadn’t showered in days. I work in the medical field and handling food should be done with infection control in mind!!!I asked her what one of the baked goods were stuffed with she told me she doesn’t speak English, which is completely fine. I thought she was doing it on purpose because She was coming off as if I was an inconvenience to her. Everything I pointed to that I wanted she would grab them and then as she was handling the baked goods she was coughing and clearing her throat all Over the bag not once did she cover her mouth ! When it happened the first time I thought ok she’s human it happens but I wanted more things and with every single baked good I wanted that she grabbed she coughed and sniffles and snorted her snot all over. Her aerosols were everywhere!!! It was the most disgusting experience I had ever had at a bakery !! Paying at the end was also very disgusting I didn’t even want to give her my card to handle when I saw how many times she wiped her nose with the back of her fingers and hand and the whole time I knew while I was paying that I was going to throw every single baked good in the trash. Yet I still paid.sadley.I came homeAnd threw everything in the trash.Never going back again. Please do better with your hygiene and customer service!
April 03 · S Tak11/1/19 Just a quick update with photos. My wife and I are still going to the Padaria Brasil Bakery in Milford Mass. Photo is of my wife on the left me on the right and Vinny the owner in the middle. check out the cakes, they are awesome, and the pastries are just has good.My wife and I have been going to this bakery for about a year and a half on Saturdays for coffee and whatever ( we hail from Uxbridge). If you take the time to meet the owner (Vinny) and the workers you will find that they are wonderful people that enjoy working there and yes they speak Portuguese, and some are learning English, I have had to clean the table once and a while before I sat down (so what) how clean is your house? My wife and I get a great family feeling when we are there, and when it's busy we have shared our table with other customers, it's a great feeling getting to know other people. Coffee and food is great, so lighten up people life is too short, it is what you make of it.
November 02 · Marcel DionneWith all the sadness in the world, I am writing this. I came to milford as a Brazilian in 2004. This bakery used to be great. The last few years, the downfall has been abysmal. Horrible service. Girls who work there rather chit chat each other than help customers. The food? Forge it.. Tastes 3-4 days old. The recipes are disgusting. Gonna need to start bringing my business to Framingham’s bakeries. Rather drive 30 minutes to eat a decent coxinha, than stay in town to eat their garbage food. Seating areas are always dirty. Just absolutely the saddest downfall I’ve seen for a Milford food store.
December 21 · Joao MarinhoA very tasty place with amazing brazilian delicacies and the staff are very friendly.
