★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The best pan de bono’s you’ll EVER find! Even the pan de bono’s in Colombia cannot compare. No bakery in the are can compare
July 16 · Nicole GomezI’m posting this review because of the service given to me in different days and scenarios. These 3 bad experiences are not with the food .1- Awful client service, the ladies serving the clients do not pay attention when one orders something , and one has to repeat the things more than twice, to the point where they get bothered. I ask the lady a coffee with cold milk, but since she is talking with the others, she pour hot milk on my coffee, and when I brought it to her attention she got mad.2- I have a health condition, and for it, I have to wear certain things to cover the affected areas .Well , it happens the ladies doing the service, where whispering things to each other making fun of the things I have to wear to cover the affected areas. When I brought it to their attention and tell em to be respectful, they just said they were talking about something else, when it had happened more then one time.3- this third experience is the most recent, I’m in line waiting to order my coffee, I have more then 10 mins waiting there, because of the previous experiences , the ladies doing the client service, they just see me and they ignore me completely and service the people behind me. I make a sign to their manager to come over to talk to him, he just shakes his head and ignores me. But when I tell the ladies “ what’s going on, I was here first and you give service to the guy behind me “. Then their manager comes and says “ HEY!!” So I walk up to him and he relaxes, I told him the reason why I’m upset about the service. Not sure if he understood how important is the client service .4- this is about racism, or discrimination:If the ladies do not have the patience, or can’t deal with different clients, they can look for something else. The manager has to know how important it is for a business to have great client service .For a long time I have seen the ladies discriminating and being racist to short Central American people or people who are not Colombian or Caribbeans . When a Colombian or light skin person comes, they attend him fast, good and easy. But I have seen scenarios where they be scolding or being upset to Central American people because they don’t know how to express themselves or don’t know the names of the products. They make fun of them by saying “ don’t stutter and this is the name of the product” .But if you play that same scenario with a lighter skin person, they even give the name and while definition with a smile on their faces .If you don’t believe me, when you go, check those small details and you will notice how they get treated .
May 24 · I ZHonestly this could be one of the best bakery’s around but what kills the vibe is the service! Tried to make an order over the phone and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and hangup on me twice! I had to go in person and only received more attitude because they wanted to close 10 mins earlier.. I hope the Owner realizes what’s going on before they lose more customers..
May 18 · Jose BisonoIf i could leave zero star i would leave it .. i called at 8.40 to make a pickup order . The lady literally said “by the time you get here I’ll be closed “ then she hangs up the phone. I call back -asked her what is her name? . Her answer was “ what does my name have to do with the fact that you will not get the food you are requesting.” And she hanged up again. It sucks to be her .. I’ve never in my life left a review but this was a must. I hope she was not the manager nor the owner.
May 18 · Diana GarciaThe food is good just check your order before leaving. I paid for 7 pan de queso when I got to work check my order only 5. Really disappointed
