Ordered a cake today. August 23,2025. On the receipt they wrote Sabado September 23. Which falls on a Tuesday. They did not have my cake ready and put the blame on me. Yet they write the receipt themselves. If I left the receipt untouched I ask the owner when will I be getting my cake September 23, 2025 a Tuesday or the upcoming Saturday. Also a customer in front of me was also mad because they couldn’t find his cake. Maybe this bakery is under knew management. But please know when to accept fault and when we can come to a compromise. Asked for my money back. Workers have a lack of manners and work ethic, did not want to make my cake.

Purchase a cake 2 weeks before the party, which was for today August 23, 2025. We arrive to pick up the cake at 10:30am like I told them I would and apparently the lady who took my order put down “September 23, 2025 Saturday”. The lady messed up on the month then the worker blamed us when SEPT 23 is a TUESDAY NOT A SATURDAY. AUGUST 23 is a SATURDAY. So I did my part in ordering for the correct date but the worker failed to double check her work. At the end I requested my money back and WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. For the prices of the cake here you’d expect for them to have good customer service when it’s their fault but they didn’t care or tried to accommodate us. If you purchase from here make sure, double triple check with another worker if the person in the front wrote the correct date because they don’t accept accountability here.

Hadn't been here in awhile and got the chocoflan cake. It was a bit wet because I seen when the baker put fresh peaches on top. So it kind of gave it that wet taste. Other than that, it was quite delicious.

Love this place ..we always get the chocoflan ..they do take long but thats because they have phone orders..So yes i recommend it for anyone that would like to go and order birthday cakes/etc any occasion.
