I got the lemon and strawberry croissant which was so delicious and fresh, the strawberry and pistachio bombolone (which I probably wouldn’t get again), and the Dubai chocolate matcha latte (so good but a little too sweet for me). There are so many options to choose from with pastries, cakes, and drinks. The staff were extremely nice, service was fast, and there were plenty of places to sit. I will definitely be coming back to try a slice of their cake :)

Writing this as I am devouring their almond croissant after a long run. Wow! They are so generous with the almonds (see pic) and absolutely delicious! I’m stoked that Paris Baguette is now in Evanston.The bakery/cafe is spacious, clean and the staffs that I interacted with were very friendly. Love the big window view looking out Davis St.I even got another box of pastries to go to share with my wife’s coworkers and their eyes lit up instantly the moment I opened it.Safe to say I’ll back going back.

Spent a lot of money here as I work down the street. Quality is amazing I see the staff baking super early in the am preparing all of the beautiful pastries and treats. One strife I have is the “free pastry when you sign up for text notifications”. Its super unclear that you have to download the app as well in order to receive the free pastry, which I did in-store, but nothing appeared for me to redeem. After much back and forth with the cashier, I decided to leave behind what would’ve been my free pastry. The minute I walk out, is when the free pastry offer became available through the app. I walk back in to redeem it and I’m then told, I must buy an additional item in order to redeem the free pastry, which I had just spent $20. You would think after all of the inconvenience they would rectify the issue, but instead they just doubled down on the fact I needed to buy more. Disappointing seeing as I’ve spent quite a bit of money here since they opened and the fact that I also work in a neighboring business I feel as though their customer service could’ve been better. Overall , the pastries are 10/10, customer service is 5/10, atmosphere is a 8/10. Def worth a visit minus the free pastry shenanigans.

It's ok.The Koreans love to copy Japanese food, but these Japanese pastries they have copied are just off. It's either not smooth in texture or too much sugar. Simply, just not right. I guess I'll just keep going to Hippo pastry at Mitsuwa for my Japanese pastries.

Even though it's a chain I do like this place a lot. They have a nice variety of pastries, they are all delicious and their coffee is decent too. Also love their hours.My only complaint is how freezing cold it is in there, especially if you sit by the back wall - everybody who sits there is wearing a sweater when it's 90F outside - very strange and waste of energy.I also wish they used a different WiFi system, the current one won't let me connect to my VPN.
