Best french/Asian bakery around. They have such a wide selection of options, both savory and sweet, amazing sandwiches if youre looking for something more filling, and great coffee and tea. The service was amazing, with our cashier giving a great drink recommendation. They also have a great loyalty/reward program giving things like a free pastries with a drink purchase, $2 off a sandwich, and more. My husband and I had a great morning date here.

Update 8/4/25 - review changed to 4 starsI wanted to provide an update on my experience and share how the situation was resolved.After writing this review, I went to the Winter Park location same day in person. The cashier was incredibly kind, immediately apologized for the inconvenience, and provided two beautiful replacement cakes, allowing me to keep the original ones as well. I was extremely happy with the resolution and truly appreciated how gracious and understanding the staff was once I was able to speak to someone directly.Upon further reflection, I believe part of the issue may have been with the Doordash driver, who likely made multiple deliveries and transported the cakes in a hot car, which contributed to the damage.That said, the new cakes looked absolutely stunning and tasted just as amazing as I had hoped for my birthday. And I’m glad to say the damaged cakes didn’t go to waste, I was able to share them with family as delicious leftovers.While I still hope to see improvements in the delivery process and phone communication, I’m updating my review to 4 stars because the in-store team truly made things right and turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Past orders have arrived late due to items not being ready on time, and I’ve even received incomplete or incorrect orders. I truly love the flavors and products Paris offers, everything always tastes incredible, but the delivery experience has consistently been frustrating.To be clear, the delivery driver was not at fault. He waited patiently for the order to be completed and handled it with care. The issue seems to stem from the Winter Park team either being understaffed or underprepared, despite having advance notice. If an order is placed nearly a week ahead of time, there should be no reason for a 40+ minute delay on pickup or for the cakes to be so poorly assembled that they collapse on opening.I’ve also tried to contact the store directly, I called 11 times today and could not reach a single person. This made the situation even more frustrating, especially when all I wanted was to speak to someone and resolve the issue.While I won’t stop ordering from Paris altogether because the quality of the food is genuinely unmatched, I will likely stop ordering ahead or using delivery, since it’s clear that online and delivery orders are not being prioritized.I would sincerely appreciate a manager reaching out to me directly to discuss this, as I would much rather resolve this personally than have to rely on a review for attention.

The pastries are good but overpriced even for the area, especially with tip because it's mostly self serve. Also was not impressed with the service. I purchased a pre-made egg and cheese wrap and asked them to heat it up. Was waiting for a while before I went back up to the counter and my sandwich was nowhere to be found. Another customer probably took it. Luckily there was one left so they were able to heat the last one for me. Overall a nice one time treat but I wouldn't come back.

Delicious treats! The chocolate croissant was flaky and rich, and the donut was perfectly sweet and fluffy. Tons of options to choose from, and everything tasted freshly made. A great spot for anyone with a sweet tooth and love for baked goods!

We always like coming here! The coffee is Lavazza, a super nice Italian coffee brand and we’re happy they’re using it! The pistachio roll wasn’t the best as it was with cream and something else, we would have preferred a pure pistachio cream instead. But we love everything else, the almond croissant is our favorite and a looot of other different pastries! If there’s anything I could point out, would be that often tables aren’t cleaned constantly and we end up cleaning a table in order for us to sit down.
