When ordering an avocado toast at The previous locations they didn’t toast the bread to be as hard as a rock. Once we spoke to a worker, she was very rude. Said there was nothing she could do. But The reason I gave service even a single star was because the guy at the register was nice and calm, and not rude at all through this process. We did get our earned refund but overall, Patis the franchise is great but maybe try any other location.
July 09 · Elinora AminPatis Bakery in Lawrence, NY is a cozy hole-in-the-wall gourmet bakery/restaurant that's expensive, yet worth every penny. All food (including fresh oversized croissants with house made jam) and beverages (including Fireplace Hot Chocolate with in-house torched marshmallow) are presently beautifully, packaged securely and elegantly (when purchased as take-out), and are delicious. The number of options to customize many menu items is almost beyond belief (i. e. a build-your-own salad can have up to 99 (!) add-ons - including a fried egg, multiple cheeses, tuna salad, sweet potatoes, roasted green and/or black olives, balsamic reduction, chipotle aioli, etc., with all but a very few options being included at no additional charge.

You will get your own napkins and utensils, with that , price should be less or no tip for there is no service.When I was there , I overheard this curly haired Spanish speaking lady staff was rude to one of the middle aged lady customer. The customer apologized for she did not hear what she said and the staff didn’t even acknowledge the customer.Not coming back and will not recommend.
