Petit Pierre Bakery Reviews
A good bakery is good because of its selection. An exceptional bakery is good because of its basics. And Petit Pierre truly does justice to the spirit of french bakeries! The bread is immaculate! Light crunch, soft, lovely chew and a delicious bready flavor. The butter is superb and compliments the flavor of the bread beautifully.I got the parisian sandwich and it is exactly how I imagined it would be were I back in Paris!Update: I went back to try a pastry (almond croissant) and it was exemplary! Beautifully laminated pastry with a flaky crunch and soft interior with a filling that didn’t ooze out but held place with lovely almond flavor. Every bite was as good as the last and affirmed my 5 star rating!
