My first time in Philly. I ordered a pretzel with cheese fresh and delicious. The service was great and prices reasonable. You have to check out this location when in Philly.

I feel like the pretzels here are so inconsistent one day they're done perfect with the perfect amount of salt baked the perfect time and other days. There's hardly no salt and it's almost like they're not baled all the way. But they're definitely better than the Philly soft pretzel factory on Oregon Avenue because they're never baked to perfection

We used Philly Pretzel Factory and this location for our takeaway item at our wedding and the whole experience was absolutely flawless. This team, especially Josh, were so professional, responsive, and friendly. Josh and his team genuinely care about their customers. They even gave us pretzels with our initials at no extra charge. I highly, highly recommend using them for any event in Philly.

45 minutes before closing and they are out of pretzels. You run a shop that sells pretzels for Christ sakes. I guess the two employees are just in the shop to enjoy the air conditioning. If you’re miscalculating demand by an hour just shut it down for the day and go home.
