July 09 · Tony ThompsonDelicious, authentic Cuban food and amazing service! I ordered the medianoche and a seniorita dessert (flaky dessert with layers of dulce de leche), and absolutely loved them! It's great to know there's a local, family-owned Cuban bakery serving tasty varieties. Can't recommend them enough! :)
May 26 · Daniella A.The food is good, now the customer service is awful, or at least don't show up there before their closing time. My wife went there and as soon as she walked in the cashier rolled her eyes making her not feel welcomed, she just ordered and the interaction wasn't good at all. Another customer walks in after my wife just to be treated the exact same way. He orders, gets food, sits and had one bite before he walks out. If the owner/manager of this place gets to read this... train your personnel better. You're dealing with custumers that expect to come in and be treated respectfully because this doesn't look good for the bussines, and I assume you don't want to loose customers because of some people's bad attitude. Thanks
August 03 · Bayron BochI recently visited this location with my Dad for breakfast. We ordered 2 milk with coffee a "colada" Cuban coffee and only 1 sandwich to share. We sat at the table to dine in thinking that it would not take us too long for a simple and small order. But unfortunately, that was not the case even though the rest of the tables were empty except 1 with customers who were eating already when we arrived. The lady brought us the milk, (it was hot the first time) but the sandwich was not ready yet. Around 20 minutes later the milk started getting cold, and nothing about the sandwich, so, I noticed that people were coming to pick up their orders that they requested by phone, (customers, and Uber Eats delivery drivers). Their orders were ready at the time they arrived or short time wait and nothing about our sandwich. Then, I went to the counter to express to the lady who took my order my concern about the delay of the food. The reason she gave me was nonsense excuses. Basically, they prioritize orders by phone for deliveries and carry out, instead of taking care of the customers that they have on-site, and without even realizing that was our first time so our impression should be the best. A customer who was there listening to the conversation said he went through the same experience in the past and that's why he calls now to make the order and pick it up. With this being said, make your conclusion about visiting this place for dine-in. I forgot to advise one thing: Do not buy the Arroz con leche dessert. The worts. Not a good atmosphere.
July 04 · Yilien SuarezPhoto from their maps site of chairs and people seated in cafe style at counter style is not true - there is no counter seating, only sweet pastry cases. There is no hot food bar, as seen in their maps site video either. MY PHOTO IS 15 MINUTES FOR MY LIMP SOGGY SANDWICH!! A CROISSANT IS CRUSTY AND DELICIOUS - NOT MICROWAVED TO RUBBER! Shame on you, Pipos! l am cheated and disappointed.
