★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I bought the olive and cascara. I haven’t tried the cascara yet. The olive sourdough was pretty good BUT the olive taste is strong, I’m sure it also depends on what you eat with it or alone.
August 30 · Reann AlonsoAlways enjoy picking up Ravenhook’s baguettes, sourdough, cookies, croissants and a variety of other baked goods when I go to Mosaic’s Farmers Market on Sundays. The staff are always helpful and informative and the bread is always delicious and baked well - nice crunchy crust with a soft inside.
March 03 · Clara SExcellent baked goods! We get stollen each Christmas, it’s a 30+ year tradition in our family. Several years ago, our favorite bakery we ordered our stollen from closed. Since then, we have tried various bakeries. Unfortunately, none have been as good…until now. Ravenhook Bakehouse stollen is the BEST we have had. It has outstanding texture and the amount of fruit is perfect. The figs were a nice surprise. Additionally, we also had the pecan bars, as well as iced Christmas and gingerbread men cookies They, too, were delicious. The pecan bars crust had the buttery goodness you want from a pecan bar, but weren’t greasy as some can be. The pecan filling was perfect. The gingerbread cookie had the amount of ginger you look for in this classic holiday treat. The iced Christmas cookies were classic in the best way.We placed our Christmas treats order online and picked them up at the DuPont Circle Farmers Market - it was so easy. Additionally, Ravenhook has friendly customer service. I called with a few questions and the baker was extremely helpful. We look forward to sampling more Ravenhook baked goods in 2025!
January 02 · Michael RiithSome of the best bread in the city! It’s affordable without skimping on quality! We love the whole wheat sourdough and the rye with caraway. The pastries are also so so good. The owner is so knowledgeable and excited about bread! It’s a great local bakery
October 13 · Kennedy AndaraWe discovered Ravenhook Bakehouse at the Georgetown Farmers Market this Wednesday. We picked up the most beautiful pecan pie - perfect for Thanksgiving. Truly, we all agreed, it is the best tasting pecan pie we have ever had. Ever. No too much goo and a crust like I’ve never eaten. AMAZING!!The team members we met were friendly and knowledgeable. They are at farmers markets all over the DMV, so you can bet we will buy from them regularly. You should too.
