★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The $8 orange juice and $7.50 everything bagel with lox spread (with no lox). Needless to say the orange juice was overpriced but the bagel was pretty basic. I asked for our bagels to be lightly toasted but my bagel was burnt and the burnt garlic & onion pieces were extremely bitter (which was pretty gross), I spoke to an employee about it there was no offer to rectify the situation. Also the everything bagel was a little spicy for our kids. Our kids commented on how the lox spread had no lox in it and it just tasted like salty cream cheese. We usually go to NY Bagels in West Los Angeles which we’ve never had issues with burnt or spicy bagels.
June 29 · Kay JoliExcellent bagels. I liked their vegan cream cheese as well. They have coffee as well.
May 05 · Ben ParkTucked inside 1802 Roasters, Saint Raf Bagels is the kind of quiet brilliance that doesn’t need to shout to get noticed. These bagels are the real deal—hand-rolled, properly boiled, and baked to a golden finish that crackles just right when you tear into it. The texture lands perfectly between chewy and tender, with a flavor that says someone here deeply respects the craft.Whether you go classic (salt, sesame, or plain with whipped cream cheese) or venture into their seasonal builds, everything is done with care and intention. The quality of the ingredients shows—but it’s not fussy. Just really, really good bagels made the right way.The fact that it’s inside 1802 Roasters makes the experience that much better. Grab a Saint Raf bagel, pair it with a cup of their “Code” roast, and you’ve got a breakfast (or lunch, or late morning second breakfast) that feels casually elevated.Saint Raf isn’t trying to do a million things—it’s just doing one thing with near perfection. And in a city that tries hard to be everything at once, that kind of focus is refreshing.
June 07 · Paul Mark MorrisI was excited to try this bagel based on others who’ve compared it to bagels in New York. I was sadly disappointed. The bagel is fine, but not nearly as good as a New York bagel. The outside is chewy but the inside is airy, not in a good way. There wasn’t enough cream cheese. There was an odd bitter taste, not sure where it was coming from as the bagel wasn’t burnt. It wasn’t satisfying to eat and I wouldn’t go out of my way for this bagel.
February 25 · Molly LIf you’re a fan of bagels and coffee this is the spot for you.Bagels are fresh, you don’t need to get them toasted. I ask for mine cut in half so I have 4 quarter of a bagel. They also roast the beans on site. It’s some of my favorite coffee in town.
