★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Small but delicious bakery. There are a lot of bakery goods available including muffins, donuts, pastries and cakes. The pizza was also popular while we were there. This is also a very affordable bakery- we purchased 7 bakery items and our total was $9.50ish. All of the items purchased were delicious - we even went back to get more! This appears to be a locals favorite and it did not disappoint!
January 26 · Katie MillerMy mom and grandmother both worked here 40 years ago. Sanitary Bakery is an important landmark in Nanticoke. The prices are amazing and the products have always been delicious.
May 02 · Alex FinnWhat a awesome place ..great price and very good bakery selection. Just get there early .
June 11 · david moorePizza went downhill. Ordered 12 cuts, 5 had half of cheese and sauce then the rest just crust. It never got crispy because every slice was completely wet underneath. The cheese melted all off. It doesn’t taste like the old cheese. Slices aren’t worth the $1.50 something. Cutting corners, smaller cuts and ingredients, has ruined this pizza. The cherry layer was alright. It’s wasn’t the crusty lite frosting that I liked. It was heavy and wet. Besides the cakes, there was no prices. You have to depend on the clerks memory. Service is the usual busy no customer service.
February 27 · CarrieVery friendly staff; the baked goods are outstanding. My children come from Philadelphia and rave about how many items they get for a small price. Has been a MAIN stay in NANTICOKE forever‼️
