As I was running errands and found myself almost driving past Shipley's Donuts, so I drove in. Since I didn't have any breakfast I thought I would get me some coffee and donuts. I was welcomed in by Ms. Laci, who was as sweet as the donuts and a really nice smile. She helped with my selections of donuts which I settled for an apple fritter and chocolate cream filled donut and cup of coffee. The coffee was brewed fresh and had a good taste, and the apple fritter and chocolate cream donut was very delicious. I'm usually not on this side of town so I couldn't pass the opportunity to stop on in. Please stop on by you won't regret it.

We ordered over 200 Donuts the day before. Early the next morning our order was waiting for us. The whole experience could not have been more professionally served. No mess! No issues! Nice sturdy containers, that stacked well. We expected a mess in the car, but there wasn't any crumbs. VERY VERY GRATEFUL. SUPER AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

I sat in the drive-through for probably close to 10 minutes. I saw people walking by the drive-through window. No one ever came to the window. I don’t know if they were closed or not, but it would’ve been polite to say that they were closed instead of having me just wait there forever. Or something better would’ve been to put a sign up in the window stating that they are closed for the day.

This must be a new location because the quality of donut that I received this morning was not up to par. It was flat. It didn’t hardly have any type of cream in it and what it did have was runny icing inside, not the fluffy cream,so I feel way overcharged for what I received in a doughnut.
