I like my iced coffee without coffee grounds. My only take away is hold the coffee grounds. The service here is amazing; I’m always greeted with a smile and cheerful attitude. I typically use the app to pre-order on my way to work. I wouldn’t wanna be that person to order a bunch of things or give a complicated order in the drive thru and hold up someone else who orders OTW to work.

I don't normally write a review right after the experience, but today Isabella O made an impression and at 6AM, 1st customer, drive thru window was still secured shut. I ordered 6 donuts and a reward coffee, she separated the chocolate long john from others to avoid the usual jumbled box of donuts. Thank you very much for going the extra step even before the sun is up, and who knows what time you started today, you will go far in life, keep being Izzy. Thanks again.

Visited on 8/16, workers were nice and attentive. Donuts were good. Ate a half dozen with my family there and took another half dozen home. When I got home, I saw my receipt and was charged for an ice coffee that I never ordered.Called the store but no one answered and got the message "The person at extension 0002, is not available". Called a couple more times but still nothing.

Heard so much about this place. Finally, tried it. A very clean shop. Great Customer Service. Ordered a dozen donuts for the family, then some of my favorites. The donuts were very tasty. My only issue is with the Apple Fritters. They are huge, but I expected more apple chunks/slices inside the donut.
