So I had a horrible experience with this bakery, it was my sister‘s birthday and she really wanted a cake from this bakery. I work late so I tried my best to get there before they closed per online. It says that they close at 7 PM. So I get off of work at 6 PM. I drove to the location on 43rd Ave. in Dunlap. I arrived at 6:26 Doors were locked and there was nobody to be seen, but they still had their sign that it was open, so I went ahead and called their other location and this one’s on 35th Ave. and Van Buren I called before I headed that way just to make sure that somebody would be there. The lady that answered the phone was somewhat rude. I asked her if she was gonna be there till seven and she said that if I wasn’t there by 6:50 they were gonna close the doors. I don’t understand why they close at seven but people close the doors before. Once I got to the store, it was 652 and the doors were locked. I drove around Phoenix wasting my gas for nothing. I will never go here again. It’s sad cause I’ve heard of the cakes are good. So don’t waste your time they’ll probably be closed by the time you get there false Advertising

I ordered a cake through DoorDash and after it was paid for and sent through, I saw that the cake they were going to give me was a different one. It said the tres leches was out of stock and they were giving me a plum cake. I tried calling for about 45min to tell them to give my DoorDash driver a different one. The entire 45min the phone went straight to voicemail or wasn’t picked up.

There cakes are really good. I drove by and looked them up saw there reviews and wasn't going to go in but the reviews are based on customer service not the cakes, so I still got off to try a slice and I have to say it was delicious, super moist. I will definitely go back to order a cake in April.

I arrived at the store 18 minutes before 7pm and they didn't want to sell me a cake. They have a sign outside with the hours that say they close at 7pm and even so, the 2 girls who were inside the store said they weren't going to sell it to me. I tried to order it through Uber Eats and they turned off the system so I couldn't order it anymore.They made me feel really bad, I just wanted to buy my best friend's favorite cake to make him feel better, because he's having a really bad time right now.
