September 27 · Pro-Anim LyonWonderful flaky pastries. A great selection of pain au chocolat, almond croissants, plain croissants, pain au raisins, and others. They have a beautiful array of quiche lorraine and ham and cheese sandwiches on baguettes. No baguettes for sale as yet. Coffee is Italian and the espresso was strong and flavorful. The cakes looked fantastic, with several types of mousse cake, including exotic and raspberry. A true taste of France. We enjoyed the flaky breakfast pastries and the warm welcome. Apparently the chef made everything by himself and if so, it's a tour de force. Bravo to him. The quiche Lorraine is simply perfection as well! Flaky, meltingly tender, and so flavorful!! I cannot wait to try more from this chef.
