Tiff’s Treats was a really nice experience. The place was clean, and the employees were very friendly and patient. The cookies were pretty fresh and even warmed up for us, which made them extra delicious. Overall, a great visit. I’d definitely come back again for more cookies!

They tried to put three dozen hot cookies in one box. Can you say "cookie clump?" I had to ask for an additional box so we could split some of them out. $24 a dozen is too much money for each flavor/dozen to not have its own box. Not a happy customer!!

I ordered some cookies for a client and accidently sent them to their old address. I spoke to the delivery driver who told me to call customer service. I called the store (because the company's customer service is email only) and they took care of it immediately. They got a redelivery to the correct address, and my invoice said $0.00 under their delivery instructions of "We Make It Right". It took them a while to answer the phone, but they definitely made everything right. Thank you for a great experience. Especially because it was my fault to begin with.

Not sure how this place has good reviews. This is the worst tiffs treats location in the WORLD. They never have anything ready, every order takes 14 hours to complete. The staff is running around the ENTIRE time not paying attention to the customer at all. And usually theres only 1 person working. This place is like a mcdonalds at 1am, crappy and unreliable. Go to the one in addison or just order 24 hrs ahead cuz they suckkkkkk

Very clean place. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in, very friendly staff. Cookie recipes remain unchanged. My faves are the chocolate chip pecan and the white chocolate macadamia cookies. They've got brownies & ice cream too.
