Tiff’s Treats used to taste so much better. I ordered a dozen cookies — the peanut butter ones were just okay, and the chocolate chip cookies weren’t good at all. I ate one peanut butter cookie and could barely finish a bite of the chocolate chip. Disappointing overall.

We stopped by 30 minutes before closing to satisfy my pregnancy cravings, this was my husbands first time trying Tiffs Treats, and aside from the deliciously tasty cookies and clean space the big winner was the customer service. The Manager Rod was attentive and awesome with helping us pick choices and giving us other options on the menu, the cookies were definitely tasty but we will definitely be coming back to see Rod and his amazing customer service and try out that cookie IceCream sandwich he kept telling us about! If your wondering wether to stop by id definitely give them a chance!

Cookies are good, but Lordy, those lemon ones taste like floor cleaner. Maybe not to everyone, but it does to me.Update. I’m back to say my mom didn’t like them either.

Cookies were okay but we were waiting at the register for 15+ minutes and then when he finally got up he was not very nice. Just very slow, no efficiency what so ever, poor service.

I’ve been using this location for 2 years and haven’t been disappointed. I recently made a mistake on an order for delivery, and when I called, to give the correct cookie flavor, the lady who answered was very nice and professional. She stated it may delay the delivery time because they need to make the cookies to accommodate the change and for them to be fresh - but I appreciated the transparency. She didn’t make me feel guilty and she was not rude. Super professional and friendly staff.
