What is Worth Choosing
Choosing TJ's Donut Factory in Murfreesboro is primarily a decision driven by time efficiency and the need for immediate, multi-purpose convenience. For the busy Tennessee resident, the ability to fill a vehicle's tank and simultaneously grab a ready-made breakfast or coffee is its single greatest value proposition.
The breadth of the food menu—offering everything from sweet, fresh-baked donuts like the Jelly Donut and Sprinkle Donut Holes to savory, filling options like the Jumbo Jalapeno and Bacon Kolache and various breakfast sandwiches—means nearly every morning craving can be satisfied quickly. For those needing a simple, classic start to their day, the combination of a donut and a hot cup of Coffee provides an essential grab-and-go solution.
However, local users should choose this location with an awareness of the publicly reported customer experiences. It is worth noting that while the convenience factor is high, some customers have voiced concerns regarding product consistency, citing dry donuts or problems with icing adhering properly, and significant issues related to customer service. These negative accounts, including serious allegations of rudeness and poor interpersonal conduct, suggest that the experience may be inconsistent.
Therefore, the best reason to choose TJ's Donut Factory is its unmatched logistical convenience on a main road, particularly for those whose primary need is an extremely quick, accessible stop for a combined fuel, pastry, and convenience store purchase. It is best viewed as a high-speed, dual-service point where the benefit of efficiency and a wide product range outweighs the risk of an inconsistent service experience.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1So I just went here for the first time. I was super excited about getting a good donut y'all, right? Well my nephew and I enter in and I buy a maple glazed donut. Afterwards my nephew and I walk around looking to see what all they have to offer, as they have quite a bit of stuff in there. Once I got done looking around I bought an Arizona sweet tea. My nephew started approaching the counter after I bought my tea and the lady asked are you buying or just moving around? And I said he's buying something he's with me cuz he had something he was gonna get. He asks if they did cash back wish they don't. And so he decided he didn't want to buy what he has in his hand. Then offer to put it back himself and she was all no I'll do it. Well he really just wanted to get a drink instead, and as he was trying to explain that to her she was just talking over him and basically telling him if you were just looking to get out of the store. And basically like just stood in his way and wouldn't let him even have the chance to explain or buy anything else they were very rude. Even racist. They portrayed themselves as disgusting people, and their donuts are just as disgusting as they are. Yes I tried the donut out that I was so excited to get, and it was dry and by the time I took it out of the paper sack all of the icing had peeled away off of it I do not recommend them for anything thumbs down experience
July 30 · Amanda ClemmonsI've been going here for years, I've never had issues but it's quality of service and products have gone downhill as of late. I've bought disposable vape products from here many times and recently I had problems with a few and disregarded it giving this place reasonable doubt for their products not working properly. This time was the 3rd time I had a problem with their disposable vapes so I confronted them and the old man said to come back in the morning so I was puzzled as to why they couldn't just replace it since I was a repeating customer. So I went back this morning and now he tells me he said to come back at 9am which I don't recall. So I told him u won't see me no more and left the defective disposable vape sitting on his counter. Do not buy vapes at this gas station if u value your time and money! Also thier led light bar came with dead batteries.
April 13 · T iNmusiKBoth ladies were very friendly! And the blueberry icing is amazing! I mean wow ! I’m thinking going back in for a second one! The sweetness is not over powering just a magical delight!
November 04 · Daniel MessickThese were the worst donuts I have ever had in my entire life. My wife went in to get a blueberry glazed, chocolate glazed, and regular glazed donut. All were tough and stale. We were super excited to try this place as we have passed it for years and will never be going back. The service was great but the donuts were abysmal.
May 25 · Michael ShepherdSave your time and money, go to Donut Country or Krispy Kreme; this is not a donut place! The donuts were incredibly bad! Nothing like the picture and very cheaply made! I was looking forward to enjoying great donuts and even after pulling up to a Gas Station, I remained optimistic. However not only were the donuts VERY overpriced ($12.09 for Half-Dozen) they were old and stale. False advertising at its finest.
