I ordered a hero, I told him I wanted turkey beacon nice and crispy with egg whites and cheddar cheese. They put American cheese and only put one stripe of beacon with two eggs. One medium ice coffee for $13.00 not worth it at all. Highly disappointed. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I haven't come here in years for the exact reasons I'm writing this review and I don't plan to either. I just wanted some oatmeal on my lunch break, I ordered a small oatmeal with what was supposed to be half a banana and raisins. It had about five raisins and I would bet my life there wasn't even one tenth of a banana. Super slow with nobody moving and then handed it to me in a bag with the oatmeal upside down. Only reason I even give the service for stars is because of the nice gentleman who paid attention to me and got my order ready. Even if it was upside down and not as described

I ordered an egg sandwich 3 eggs over medium, bacon, salt, pepper and ketchupAnd I said please no cheeseI get my sandwich super fast and the older Hispanic gentlemen repeated what was on the sandwich when he handed it to the cashier. I asked him if he put bacon before he walked away and he said no you didn't say bacon and I said I'm pretty sure I did but could you please put bacon on it and he began to run his mouth with an attitude. 5 more sandwiches came out before mine and when I opened my sandwich to eat it there was yolk everywhere and the egg was barely cooked almost like sunny side up it seemed like he just throw the sandwich around and the egg was barley on the bagel. There was no reason for this man to treat me this way and behave this way very unprofessional. I will never return to this bagel store ever agian. It's sad because everyone else in the shop was uncomfortable as well because this man made such a big deal about the bacon and presisted to carry on about it.

It is absolutely incomprehensible how this place stays in business and why it's always busy. I mean maybe because there's nothing else relatively close by? Their prices are ridiculous. Glen Oaks is not a ritzy area. I order breakfast in Manhattan on a daily basis, and it is cheaper than this place. I mean a bagel with two egg whites, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and a hot tomato sauce = $7.00 ?!?!? In Manhattan I get the same thing with bacon and cheese for the same $7.00 !Despite my disatisfaction with this place, I've still come here on and off for a few years, when I just want to walk down instead of drive somewhere. Today will however be my last time there! Not only do prices keep going up, but so does the attitude. There was a polite young guy in front of me. He clearly placed and order. They brought his stuff out and missed a sandwich. He said he ordered two of whichever sandwich it was. The lady unwrapped and opened his food and showed it to him while rolling her eyes and making faces. He was, "no I ordered two of these." The lady seemed confused and finally when it clicked for her, she told one of the guys to make another. But damn. Their mistake and attitude for it. I commend him for being silent because I would have just walked out.The only reason I am giving two stars are because of the guys that work there. They are great. The cashier however, I've encountered two of them, two Asian women over the years. They are just NASTY if you ask them a question or if you correct them when they get something wrong. They will roll their eyes and give you attitude.Go elsewhere! Their bagels are just mediocre. And their attitude is through the roof!
