Willotta's Pastry Introduce
## Introduction / Overview
Deeply rooted in family heritage and the tradition of homemade baking, Willotta's Pastry stands as a unique specialty bakery serving the Auburn, GA, community and surrounding areas of Gwinnett and Barrow counties. Founded and owned by Kelly Green, the business is named after her beloved grandmother, Willotta, immediately establishing a personal connection and a commitment to quality that feels warm and authentic to the local Georgia resident.
Willotta's Pastry is not a mass-production facility but rather a dedicated source for genuinely homemade baked goods. While offering a variety of beloved desserts, including tiramisu, cobblers, and pies, the bakery is most prominently known for its Jewish Apple Cake. This specialization distinguishes them in the local market, catering to those who seek traditional, comforting flavors often missing from larger commercial operations.

Willotta's Pastry Reviews
We attended a festival in Auburn yesterday. We did business with many people, and had a wonderful time. This business specifically really let us down and did not even acknowledge it, in anyway. We stood by and waited literally 20 minutes while the owner of the business did not even engage with us, and had no intention to properly service us. Would not recommend her business.
May 20 · M JMy first visit at the Whistlestop location to taste the fabulous Jewish Apple Cake. I am so excited to find a bakery that has this item on their menu and the taste is as good as I remember. I will go back to try other receipes.
